Why train with me?

Quick to admit I was never a sporty girl, or even a gym-lover until about two years into
my training, it’s very likely that I’ve been there & experienced it when it comes to not enjoying the gym! I use my experiences to give you the motivation and drive to keep pushing on. Whether it’s getting that last rep done, or having the guts to push heavier weights, I’ll be there every step, cheering you on and providing a high 5 at the end!

How does it work?

Variety, progression and ultimately learning to enjoy training are my most important
factors. I teach techniques from the ground up, giving you the confidence to progress. Targets will be smashed, personal bests will be bested and together, we’ll get work on a healthier, happier you.

Do you help with food?

Life is for living so when it comes to training and nutrition, we’ll work with the foods you should be eating, and adding in a little of what you fancy too. Nothing is off limits if it’s balanced. I’ll give hints & tips for speedy food prep and recipes that the whole family can enjoy.

What will we do?

Free weights, kettle bells, bodyweight, sandbags and functional training moves will all form a part of our training routine, as well as the odd bit of cardiovascular kit (yes, there’ll be the odd stint on a treadmill!). No workout is ever the same – you’ll be challenged, stretched and encouraged to keep working on being the best you can be.
