The vibrant gym in Maidstone town centre is open from 24 hours a day from 6am monday to 8pm saturday and 8am to 8pm sundays, to suit your work and social calendar and it is packed with the industry’s best cardio and strength equipment. The Maidstone gym is perfect if you are a gym pro and you have a set workout plan or if you are just looking to get in shape. However, we warmly welcome new gym users and our personal trainers are always available to offer advise and help.
