Like many businesses in the UK, we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the information provided by Public Health England (PHE). We wanted to update you on the actions we are taking to respond to COVID-19 and to reassure you that we are prepared, with a clear action plan in place.
Following Government instruction, some of our truGym clubs have temporarily closed their doors on Saturday 20th December to help tackle the spread of COVID-19. The following clubs will be closed.
WE ARE AUTOMATICALLY FREEZING YOUR PAYMENTS WHILST THE GYM IS CLOSED
We have automatically stopped your payments so there is nothing for you to do.
While the closure of your club is a difficult situation for us all, we will continue to do everything we can to help our members. While we are closed, we will work hard to ensure your club is clean, safe, and ready for your return. We are looking forward to welcoming you back.
Freezing means that you do not have to cancel your direct debit and won’t need to pay a joining fee when you return. Please be aware that if a payment is due to come out in the next few days it may be too late for us to prevent it. Please do not worry as we will rectify this once the gym reopens by giving you an additional free month’s use of the gym.
During The Closure
This week we’ll announce some exciting new initiatives to help you keep fit whilst at home. This includes live workouts streamed straight to your living room, plus daily workout routines using things you can find at home.
We also kindly request that you familiarise yourself with the latest guidance from PHE and do not visit the gym if you are displaying symptoms of COVID 19 and are advised to self-isolate.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely, adapt our plans as necessary, and keep you updated on any changes. We thank you for your co-operation and look forward to continuing to welcome you to our gyms across the country.
