Healthy Protein Pancakes
It’s almost time to put your pancake-flipping skills into action because Pancake Day is just around the corner… And while pancakes don’t exactly have a reputation as a health food, a few simple modifications will provide a guilt-free, delicious treat that will still hit your macros!
50g Wholegrain Oats
Half a Banana
50g Greek-style Yoghurt
15g Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Egg White
Mash the 1/2 a banana with your fork and then add the rest of the ingredients into your food processor (or just mix with a fork).
Add a small amount of coconut oil to your frying pan and set on a medium heat.
Scoop a ladle-full of the mix into your frying pan and cook for less than a minute either side. This ensures that the pancakes stay soft.
Serve with berries, nuts, nut butters, yoghurt & cinnamon and enjoy!
From all ingredients you get 4 big pancakes enough for a big meal
