Why train with me?

As a full time Firefighter, former national fighting champion and England squad regular I am a highly motivated individual and with 18 years experience in the fitness industry I am full of knowledge and practical know how when it comes to achieving your goals in the area of exercise and fitness . Whether you’re wanting to bulk up, slim down or if your goals are more performance based; I will be with you every step of the way guiding you in the right direction and motivating you to be the best version of you. You will find training with me not only rewarding but also fun and enjoyable

How does it work?

With me it’s all about the resistance training and technique! I will make sure you’re doing it in the right way, with the right form, and using the right equipment to achieve your goals. Once you’ve pushed through your goals, the next step is to set yourself new targets and smash them as well! You’ll receive tour own program catered to your individual needs to run alongside our 1-2-1 sessions which I will update and advance as you get fitter and better at what we do!

Do you help with food?

Not only amI qualified to level 5 in nutrition, I’m proud to say I’ve tried most models of nutrition on myself over the years and so I have a great first-hand knowledge of what works and what doesn’t! Your nutrition is as hard as you want to make it, and the results depend on how seriously you take it. I’ve great experience to pass on including making the weight for competitive fights, packing on quality muscle, stripping body fat off and tightening up to look better , and also fuelling up for maximum performance without beefing up!

What will we do?

Your training will be as hard or as easy as you want to make it! It’s not all about going flat out and killing yourself in the gym! We will work towards achieving your goals in a timely fashion and with a system of training that suits you – as it’s all highly individual! I prefer to work with resistance training systems and am a huge advocate of involving free weights and kettlebells and the 1-2-1 training will mainly be about that. Yes, there’s the cardiovascular machines too – but that’s something I’ll advise you how to do in your own time as I feel our sessions should always be about working constructively together and not watching you graft on a treadmill (which I don’t think you’ll want me watching anyway!). We will progress and advance your training as you get better and the sky is really the limit as we can always go that bit further!
