About Me

As a Mental Health & Exercise Coach, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your own individual health, schedule and goals to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your physical and mental health.

I have struggled with weight loss myself in the past. For most of my childhood I was overweight, which deeply affected my confidence, self-belief and mental health. Over 10 years ago, I decided to make a change and started my own fitness journey. Since then, I have lost over 4 stone and not only gained my confidence back, but I feel like I have started a new life! Today, I want to help people like YOU! I once was in your shoes, and I know how it feels. I know the huge impact it can have on your physical and mental health, and I would love to show you the way out.
