Spa day FAQs
What's included in a spa day?
A 30-minute treatment (a neck, shoulder and back massage or a facial — 20 minutes hands-on), plus use of the pool, spa pool, steam room and sauna. You can also join any group class running that day.
How long is a spa day?
Packages are booked as a 3-hour visit. You're welcome to use the club facilities on the day of your booking.
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring your own robe, towel and flip flops, or add a spa bag (robe, towel and flip flops) for £10 per person.
Is there an age limit?
Spa days are for over 18s only.
