Opening in the vibrant heart of Stratus Point at 9 Harbour Way, London E14 9YN, our newest club spans three dynamic floors, each meticulously designed to cater to a wide array of fitness preferences. Members can immerse themselves in an extensive timetable of group exercise classes ranging from high-energy boot camps and martial arts sessions to rejuvenating yoga and pilates. This state-of-the-art facility promises an unmatched fitness experience, tailored to inspire and challenge individuals at every level of their fitness journey. Fully equipped gym with full compliment of cardio and strength machines and freeweights, including powerlifting stations and squat racks. We even have boxing are numerous bags incorporating functional training.
We recruit the best in class instructors to build a community for fitness and wellness , we will be open from 5am til 11pm Mon - Fri and 7am to 8pm weekends
