Members can immerse themselves in an extensive timetable of group exercise classes ranging from high-energy boot camps and martial arts sessions to rejuvenating yoga and pilates. This state-of-the-art facility promises an unmatched fitness experience, tailored to inspire and challenge individuals at every level of their fitness journey. Fully equipped gym with full compliment of cardio and strength machines and freeweights, including powerlifting stations and squat racks. We even have boxing are numerous bags incorporating functional training.
